After using this product for about 50 miles, the motor became very noisy and stopped working. The supplier diagnosed the problem as a bad controller and sent me a new one. Recently, the wheel started vibrating very badly, and came out of the front fork, even though I had installed torque arms for extra security. I was thrown from the bike. The wires to the wheel were stretched and probably shorted, since there was an audible click from the controller and it started smoking, accompanied by a strong burning smell. Both the wheel and controller are now inoperable. Inquiries to Voilamart have been answered slowly, and the last 3 emails have not been answered. Cannot recommend this product, both in terms of the product itself and poor customer service. Buyer beware.
