I used it as a desktop for my Surface Pro at home. I can use that and stand on my video call marathons which has been nice. There are some problems with it: It's not very durable. It shakes a little when you move your hand to use the mouse or type. The material of the tripod is plastic - again not durable, but light. There is a ridge on the edge of the flat part at the top, which may be a little annoying for some. And the flat part on top is small - it fits your laptop and some more. To me, however, the potential downsides of this item are worth the trade-offs. After looking at (and trying) more expensive options, I settled on this one because it's portable, foldable, and inexpensive.
