I bought this keyboard/case to replace an old worn out keyboard I've had for years. What I didn't know was that I was going to breathe new life into my iPad. Now it looks more like a (mini) Apple laptop (no Apple costs). Now my iPad is a bit bigger. The screen can be rotated 180 degrees to "share" the screen with other people nearby. The keyboard works perfectly. The "touchpad" (yes, there's even a touchpad) can be toggled on and off according to preference. The keys can be backlit in different colors (I chose bright white). All of my original iPad's functionality is intact, but it's now in a new convertible case. I bought the hunter colored keyboard/case version and now my rose gold iPad looks refreshing. Good product!
