I like that we can track our jobs easily through this program.

It's easy to log in and check what prints are left to be done so there isn't any guesswork involved when sending out reports. Sometimes the interface takes some getting used to but once you figure it out its great! The only thing i dislike about equitrac is sometimes they don't have information readily available for certain things which could make your life easier if you needed them quickly. We use this product to send invoices to customers and also keep track of inventory using bar codes.
