Equitrac Review

The best thing I like in equiTrac is that it can be used from anywhere even if we are offline; also its easy interface helps me manage my paper flow easily without having much technical knowledge of this system. It's very user friendly so anyone who has no idea how to use computer will find it quite simple as well. The ability of being able to track multiple printers in one account has been very helpful when I have several people using them as well! There isn't much that we dislike so far but there are some features such as "Find My Printer" which may be easier said than done depending upon your network setup/configuration (although this was not an issue). I like that we can track our jobs easily through this program. It's easy to log in and check what prints are left to be done so there isn't any guesswork involved when sending out reports. Sometimes the interface takes some getting used to but once you figure it out its great! I love that this program has an easy-to-use interface from start all the way through end of day accounting processes. Nothing! It's great for small businesses. The only thing they could improve upon would be if there was more advanced integration options available such as SAP Business Objects (SAP BOB). This application allows us to track our jobs in real time so we can see when something will take longer than expected. We are also able to adjust what prints get sent out before the actual date
