The handle has no metal reinforcement so it ends.
The handle has no metal reinforcement, so it cracked at some point. Luckily I kept my original and was able to use it. Before replacing the switch, make sure the fan motor is not drawing too much current. I ended up burning another switch before discovering that the fan motor was the reason my switch burned out.
- The ideal solution - this switch is a reliable replacement for the original part which has failed due to fatigue.
