Perfect size for Vans side door. Light weight, relatively quick to set up and very easy to use. (I have two dogs - a pom pom/terrier mix, a labrador/retriever mix) I used to have the larger size (triple) and bought this one because the other was too big, heavy and bulky. I am happy and really helping my older, larger dog who injured his leg by jumping in and out of the van by myself. Dogs don't like it either - now it has claw scratches on it. My larger dog doesn't like the texture at all and tends to slide on it (Lab/Retriever mix, 85+ pounds) - I keep an old towel in the van and throw it over it as she goes up and down the ramp, It seems that it helps solve the problem and it doesn't wobble when the towel is on it. I would prefer a better permanent solution for this maybe carpeting. but it works great with a towel and I don't want to waste time reworking it. (Also, the towel is easy to wash)
