Unfortunately a bit DOA - great customer service though!

Never worked. I put it in my car and it put out WiFi but it never connected to apps, torque or Bimmercode. Reset everything, tried on 3 different phones. Now I'm out of the return line and I have a wonderful dollar piece of plastic. Let's see how the communication with the seller goes. UPDATE: The seller is very responsive even after the return date. I just received a new product but haven't tried it yet. I hope there isn't an issue here, but the customer service itself deserves a 5 star rating. Let's see if this thing works.
