Review on 🔌 The Aube RC840T 240 Switching Electric Transformer: Enhanced Power Conversion for Optimal Performance by James Pfettscher

Needed a relay to add a thermostat for an electric heated basement. It was the perfect item to solve this problem. I just installed it on a line where 240v (US) was already spliced. I originally connected it backwards where the thermostat worked but the heater didn't. Swapped the cable and now it works great. 240V cable from panel: black -> black to Aube, white -> white to heater and blue to Aube (three in one) --------------- ---- --- - ----Aube: Black -> Black 240V from panel Red -> Black on heater Blue -> White on heater and White 240V from panel (three in one) ------- -- ----------------- 240v to heater: black -> red to aube, white -> blue to aube and white 240v from panel (three in one) Contact an electrician if you are not sure was one of the simplest electrical installations in the house.
