The best part about Zayo is the ease of use. I was able to install the equipment quickly and easily. There has been very little to no downtime with the service. The support staff is also very helpful. They are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. There really is nothing I dislike about this service. There is a steep learning curve to this product. I would recommend this product to any business that needs a dependable internet connection. I have been using Zayo for my internet service for around 8 months now. I have been very happy with the service. I have had no issues with their service. I highly recommend Zayo. I would not use another internet service provider.
