The face should be crystal clear, instead there is an ugly injection molding spot in the center and ridges on the plastic at the corners. When I order a clear face box, it's for seeing something inside. I wanted to put the LCD module in, but that would leave an ugly bulge right in the center of the viewing window. In addition, the central injection point creates iridescent streaks on the plastic towards the corners, which look like a Fresnel lens, which is also very unsightly for this purpose.
