This product was a waste of money. I've only used it once. I turned it on when I first received it; I used it once last month. I'm back home this month. In the morning I picked it up, but after several attempts to press the reset button, change the socket, wait, it does not turn on. Aside from not working within two months after one use, the comb comes off almost every time. Stroke; the crest is very narrow; warm at the highest temperature is not very hot. However, it is easy. I didn't use a wide nozzle, just a comb. I want my money back and am sending it back. Shit!
