Review on Electric Portable Tip Over Protection Oscillating by Sarah Chase

It's a lot smaller than I expected but I like that it can blow cold air, heat up a little or get hot and that you can choose to have it rotate or all three temperatures stands still . . Small enough to put on the table. It might look silly under the table, but the power is strong enough that it's perfectly fine under the table! I bought it for my office and it is very noisy like a fan. That's the only reason I'm considering whether to keep it or not, because I don't want to disturb my colleagues, we're all sitting next to each other in alcoves! Otherwise, the output is awesome, it gets hot immediately.
