I bought this as a gift for a friend of my child. It seemed like the perfect gift for a 13 year old girl. But even in daylight, colors are not transferred. Just a pale gray. Yes, the colors change a bit, but it's definitely not inspiring. The shape of the backpack is also kind of nonsense. Not exactly a backpack, but a square bag, too wide to be cute, with straps attached. In the end, I decided the gift was better than none at all, but I was a little embarrassed and hoped she didn't see me as a boring mom who "just doesn't get it". The friend was delighted. "I love backpacks!" she said, and that was it. :)
