Nice and Easy to Install (if you know how to take the door panel off), nice to look at, but the right passenger mirror is so loose, it vibrates down and I can't see what I need to see on the far side. With just me driving, it is a real pain. Found a wet piece of napkin I stuffed in there to dry to keep it up and in place. I should have sent it back to have it replaced, but didn't want to go back and take it apart to do so.
