Does not heat, vibration is weak, meaningless.
The ad says it's warm, but it's not; The button is only for vibration, which is extremely weak and useless, but still kind of sprays water. I got this because it was basic (I don't need rollers or infrared lights), said it had a heating function, and most importantly because it's foldable and space-saving. I set a timer for 15 minutes to soak my feet in the warm water I poured and it didn't take long for it to cool. It didn't even stay warm. Now that it looks like an overpriced collapsible foot bath I'll go back and buy one for a lot less or something that actually heats.
