Obviously used. The box was completely broken and falling apart. The bathroom itself was fine but I had to disinfect it before even using it. It is not known whose ugly legs were in it. Not worth the price I paid.

Indeed, this is a good deep foot bath. I also like that it folds up for easy storage. It keeps the water a bit warm and the bubbles are nice on your feet. The only negative is the spikes on the bottom. They are very sharp, I have to cover them with something as they are very rough on my feet. Otherwise it's a good product

The ad says it's warm, but it's not; The button is only for vibration, which is extremely weak and useless, but still kind of sprays water. I got this because it was basic (I don't need rollers or infrared lights), said it had a heating function, and most importantly because it's foldable and space-saving. Very easy to clean and store. To disinfect, I do two sprays of Chlorox and rinse with water, rinse and wipe dry. Unfortunately, the heater doesn't heat the water, just keeps it at a "maintaining" temperature. I like it when my water is very hot and after about 5 minutes the temperature starts to drop to lukewarm. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold the temperature very well. I needed a simple, well made soak to steam my feet when I want to do a pedicure or just enjoy a nice Epsom Salts foot soak. It does the job. He even does vibration massage.

I love this foot spa. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes the vibrations slow down and don't get as intense and then pick up again after a few minutes. I'm not sure if that's intentional or if the engine is just not running a bit. But it's a nice size (I'm 14') and more than deep enough. You should start with hot water, but it will keep the water hot for you through a nice long soak.
