The ladder arrived quickly which is good there was no ladder hardware which is bad. Haven't been able to install it yet but the layout looked good on my 17 foot perch boat and small enough to fold up and still let me into the storage areas. Overall it looks pretty damn good and for the price it's not that bad. I had to put a piece of aluminum under the stern of my boat, fiberglass alone wouldn't hold up a big guy like me. Pretty easy how to install it. can be folded up when not in use. On a scale of 1 to 10 for a correct installation it's a 7, maybe an 8. Make sure you use sealant around the holes and base of the stair and if installing on fiberglass add aluminum under the add stairs. I like it and it gives me peace of mind knowing that if something bad happens on the water and I get thrown off the boat I can come back with Eze.
