This is a very good scope, weight, material, glass quality, everything is fantastic. I was very impressed with the quality of the glass when looking at it, mainly at maximum magnification (60x). I have 20 year old Orion 25X100 tripod mounted binoculars that I use and today I was scanning the mountains behind my house looking for deer or moose but instead of animals I have someone up the road spotted on the hill, probably 4 miles away me. . I couldn't see anything with the naked eye, not even the car, but through the binoculars I could see a man standing behind the car with the sunroof open, they were doing something but I couldn't make out what. Switching to this scope at maximum magnification (60x) I could see that it was a fat, middle-aged man in a white Levi's shirt with his shirt tucked in. He finally took it off and stood behind a white four-door door. SUV, and he was exercising with some dumbbells in the back of his car. I found it strange to see a fat guy there as it is a deer and elk district. There were many other details I was able to get with the scope that I couldn't get with binoculars, but I won't go into those details, just glad this scope gives a clearer picture compared to my old binoculars, if you focus it. Focus is sensitive up to 60x magnification. For me it was a great upgrade. After you take the rifle scope out of the soft case, you are immediately impressed with the high-quality workmanship, the molded body, the water resistance, the weight and the feel, which leave a good impression. Then I took the tripod out of the packaging. , it was plastic and felt very flimsy and unstable. Definitely not up to the quality level of the scope. Also, this is a desktop tripod that should be fine for general basic use, but I understand that I need a better tripod. I won't find a scope this good with a good tripod at this price point, so I'll just ignore the tripod and pretend it wasn't there to begin with. Connect your phone to the lens. It's plastic but was easy to install. It could be better but it works fine for me. I took some pictures with my iPhone 8 using the phone attachment that came with it and it works fine but nothing good comes out of it. Looking through the scope with the naked eye is ten times better than what the picture showed me. But I only had it one day. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend this scope. This scope at this price and quality is easily 5 stars. If I had taken care of the tripod I probably would have taken the star off, but never mind. A good tripod would double the cost, I can find one myself and not rely on the one in the box.
