Annoying! I was so happy that it's all metal and works great on a 2" hitch, but try threading a STANDARD 5/8 hitch to secure it - FORGET IT! I tried my old clutch lock and tried the new one. Do not go. You have to use a hammer to get the lock through the holes in the lid and forget to pull out the firing pin when you do. The holes they drilled in the lid are annoyingly tiny. How NOT to test your product and verify measurements? Want $40 but can't get it out of the box? I'm so upset, it's really disappointing.
