Review on 🏃 Feet Bliss: RunGoo Blister Prevention Cream - 3 oz by Victoria Smith

I took this before leading the scout team at Philmont High Adventure Camp, 100 miles mountain hike with 80% of it under 45 - pound pack. Blisters and chafing are the biggest health problems in middle age, I figured it wouldn't hurt to bring some along. I poured about an ounce into a ziplock bag and it was MAGIC. Every hot spot on the crew's legs became coated with this substance and disappeared. This saved me from a single blister or foot problem for 2 weeks - in retrospect they charge a lot less than they should. A wonderful thing, a bit greasy but great for preventing blisters. Five well-deserved stars.
