When I bought a house I decided to go paperless. I did it with my law firm, why not my house too. This country could use a break. I use them every day instead of paper towels, but of course I use the washing machine almost every day, so we're doing what we can anyway, not us. The quality is absorbent and they are attractive. I have good kitchen towels and I also have these for cleaning. Stored in separate places in the kitchen. As a result, we use paper towels less frequently. I've used these bar rags before or whatever they are, they're also very absorbent. I like the red stripe. The more I use and wash them, the more they absorb. I fold them in thirds so the red stripe shows, and then in thirds again. They are attractive, although of course they wear out after a month. I have to refill soon.
