1/4 Hex NON-Locking

Summary: Will not snap into the 1/4" hex drive on my Milwaukee M12 impact wrench. Compared to the Milwaukee bit, the length of the aftergroove is too short. I used my 5" Milwaukee grinder to see how much flute it takes to cut so the latch engages Recommendations: I specifically bought the hex version so I can use it in my impact wrench to avoid using the cutting tool to burn Benefits: Cuts a 1/2-inch mild steel rod; works in a drill Cons: Hex screwdriver won't engage Verdict: 2 stars for the hex version; buy the drill version instead.

Pros

Easy to Use - Attach an external coning tool to the end of your drill bit, use the drill bit at its lowest speed, then apply gentle pressure to dislodge the burr. The tool simplifies the repair process, reducing repair time and eliminating the need to replace expensive or hard-to-find equipment. Great helper in industry and home.
