The fact that UNBREAKABLE is written in big small caps is absolute nonsense. These pens are garbage. I've had two breakdowns just trying to open the dryer door. I bought the first one when my wife accidentally broke the handle on our dryer. It came quickly and I installed it on my dryer in seconds, just like that. After about 2 weeks, one of the plastic prongs on the end broke off when I tried to open the dryer (and the piece of plastic fell into the dryer door, so now the door rattles when you shake it, that's nice). They offer free returns so I thought I'd give them another chance and ordered a replacement with my return. Well I just got my replacement TODAY, was going to stick it in the dryer door, AND ONE OF THE PLASTIC SHOVELS BROKE IMMEDIATELY. INSTALLATION. The plastic these knobs are made of is complete junk, there are horrible scratch marks/defects on the plastic grain which can be seen at the break. No quality control. So spend a few bucks more to get a pen elsewhere.
