Great user friendly system designed to assist teams collaborate efficiently
The software is very easy for use by non-technical users who can easily understand how it works within their own organisation or department without needing any training from us at all! It's also great that we are able have access via our mobile devices so no need of being physically present which saves time as well having more control over what happens when you're not around your team members (eg if they forget something important).
We've been using this product since 2012 but I haven't found anything yet i dislike about its functionality however there may be some things out side my knowledge base with regards customer support where sometimes issues do arise - although these tend only happen occasionally though nothing major just minor annoyances really!!

- Great usability options allowing ease in customising system accordingly
- Reliable service/support provided upon request.
- Free technical phone help available, even during off hours too.Great value overall compared other similar products like Sage etc :)
- Not much..maybe one thing would maybe say could perhaps benefit slightly better looking interface design? But otherwise everything else has worked fine.
