These antique wheels are definitely worth 5 stars. They have a great nostalgic appeal. They're sturdy and well-made no matter what country they're made in (my response to another reviewer who seemed to snub China). The wheels are easy to assemble. Just drill a hole according to the instructions. The sleeve slides right into the hole, and then the teeth plunge into the end fibers of the wood with a hammer blow. The wheels snap right into the sleeve with a slight pop. Wheels come with grease. The wheels turn and roll easily. If you want your item to be more stationary, you can place it on a rug. Keep in mind that they are not designed to carry extreme weight or very heavy use.
