I love this product so much! The hair is really soft! The best relaxation product on the market. I left it on longer than the allotted time and surprisingly I didn't itch once! I didn't burn myself either. I actually felt like I should have stayed longer than I did for a more direct result, but overall this is a really great product and I love it. I don't think I will be using any other relaxers from now on as this is by far the best product for sensitive skin that I have found! (I have very thin hair!) I was afraid of getting burned because I even have some new bald spots down the middle of my hair, but I couldn't even tell I got a perm because it wasn't bothersome . ! Def will buy again.
