Given the iPhone 6's design, the rubber bumpers on the Ram X-Grip grip against the volume up and down buttons or the ringer/mute button. The workaround is to insert the iPhone between the jaws of the plunger's X-handle so that the upper bumper arms are directly under the volume down button. The problem then is that this X-Grip cable causes the iPhone to coil down, causing the bumper lugs to press against the volume buttons. I've had this happen to me many times while riding my motorcycle and there's no way to get the phone back in place without stopping and leveling it. I stopped using the rope altogether; it just doesn't work for me. If anyone has a workaround for this please let me know. Many Thanks.
