Adverse Opinion on Azpen, a Do-It-Yourself Tool

As a do-it-yourself guru, I've dealt with my share of software firms. Regrettably, my time spent with Azpen has left me feeling dissatisfied and irritated. Their wares may appear reasonably priced at first look, but upon closer inspection, their quality quickly becomes apparent. After purchasing tablets and computers from Azpen, I have had nothing but problems. The goods appear to be of low quality and short lifespan. I also think their support for customers is subpar. I had to wait a long time to talk to someone and they weren't very helpful when I finally did. Azpen appears less concerned with customer satisfaction than it is with earning a quick buck. I consider myself a do-it-yourself (DIY) specialist because I enjoy fixing and maintaining my own electronic devices. However, I have discovered that this is extremely difficult to achieve while using Azpen. It takes time, effort, and often specialized tools and expertise to fix one of their products. DIY projects involving Azpen are generally not something I'd recommend. Their low rates are appealing, but the poor quality and unhelpful staff aren't.

Pros
  • It's done
Cons
  • Some goods have shoddy construction.
