I like that it integrates well into my Google Apps account so all of our emails go through one place (which makes searching easier). It's not as intuitive in terms of how easy/hard it was to set up compared to other products we've used previously - but this could be because they're still working out some kinks! We use MOOG primarily when someone needs support from another department within an organization outside their own area of expertise (i.e., sales leads vs customer service reps) where time constraints require immediate attention rather than waiting until after business hours / next day off.
