I really wanted to love this product. The idea is brilliant, but unfortunately the coffee came out very watery. Tried a few unused pods if needed. I may try again in hopes it works and I don't have to return it. But so far I'm very disappointed. Three stars for the idea and for what's possible, just maybe I'm doing it wrong. I will update this review over time. Edit: still watery. Will return. Explain clearly how it works. they will send you four lids, a cutter and a scoop for your coffee grounds. What you have to do is use a knife to cut off the cap of the unused capsule, pour out the contents and replace with the ground coffee you want and put on the cap that comes with this product. It is recommended that once removed, you can always rinse and reuse the same capsule with the cap on. Not sure why it comes out so watery, but I think Nespresso just knows their stuff and designs in a way that avoids such third-party products. Pity!
