Like everyone else here I was looking for a suitable replacement for Vertuo pods to use my coffee grounds and save some money. I've tried every method: using a coffee tamper to pack it firmly, trying to fill it to the brim, trying not to pack or overfill, but all results were the same; aqueous coffee-flavored water. I would return this and please let me know if anyone finds suitable replacements for the pods in the future.

I used cling film and found it very laborious to clean each ground coffee bead from the edge otherwise the ground coffee will end up in your coffee. Another plastic table with large holes on the edges and a filter underneath, it is difficult to determine the coffee needed without overflowing and causing misfires, so it is necessary to get a receipt after extracting the coffee. I bought these because sometimes I like to have a second or third cup of coffee but don't feel like every one time to spend when I drink coffee. do with one of my pods. I like to enjoy them and then switch to regular freshly ground beans (or use them as a backup if I run out of pods). It's a little fiddly, but they work great. I really wanted to love this product. The idea is brilliant, but unfortunately the coffee came out very watery. Tried a few unused pods if needed. I may try again in hopes it works and I don't have to return it. But so far I'm very disappointed. Three stars for the idea and for what's possible, just maybe I'm doing it wrong.
