Update: I used epoxy on the tabs holding the switch together. So far this is working as I expected. So I'll wave payment for the job. I'll leave my one star review so other people know what they're getting into. The label on the switch indicates that this device is made in Taiwan. Not very well designed. During installation, the two main parts diverged. This caused the spring and ball that centers the switch and creates the click to separate. I reassembled the switch and secured the two main parts with a zip tie. Tested ok so I will remove the tie and re-tape. I fix things so it was easier than returning and ordering new.
