Review on ROCKPOINT Storage Cabinet Table Sliding by Beth Wagner

The main part, the bottom of the cabinet, is supplied without pre-drilled holes. We have a partially assembled table. We emailed the manufacturer as instructed and they asked if they could easily assemble it with tools. We tried but didn't know where to make the holes, how deep to drill and what size drill bit. I contacted them again and explained that we would ruin the whole table if we tried to make it ourselves and we want the table to look like we bought it. First, I don't think that should be the answer. Second, they weren't very responsive when we asked them to send us a pre-drilled piece, or a newly built table, or to send someone with experience assembling that table. We cannot return a partially assembled table as we applied wood glue to the assembled pieces before realizing the main piece was not pre-drilled. DISASSEMBLY: After drilling the holes and assembling the product according to the manufacturer's instructions without any instructions or measurements. , we could not install one of the shelves. I wrote to them again, sent photos and said we want our money back and can't send this assembled (though not exactly) table back. They replied that they would now insist that the factory send a replacement fee. We can't disassemble this table now as my husband used glue because he wasn't sure the holes would hold. (We're not builders here. If we were, we'd build our own table. :) )
