I like that we can get different packages to fit our business needs. There are some things you have learn how they work before using them but it's not hard at all! Some people might be hesitant since there isn't much training available online or if you do find something its outdated already so make sure your trained first then go from there!! We use these services as an extra layer between users/employees computers which helps us keep everything safe by keeping out hackers off other peoples accounts & networks. I like that Coronet has a very easy to use interface and is very customizable. I like that it is very easy to install and configure. I dislike that it can be slow to respond and that it can be difficult to find a support person to answer questions. I am solving the problem of email security.
