Unfortunately I had a defective motherboard under warranty. After hours of troubleshooting, the device is still not working as instructed by a Kingdel representative, including cleaning and reinstalling the SSD and RAM. A Kingdel representative asked to buy and install a competitor's SSD to see if that would solve the problem. After pointing out that the OS is on the SSD and buying a new SSD will not have the Windows 10 Pro I bought, they asked me to buy some competitor RAM, install it and see if that solved the problem, and if not, return RAM to this competitor (as used). I declined. I ended up buying an identical device and installing my old SSD and RAM which solved the problem i.e. the motherboard failed. I sent the defective case and new SSD and RAM to Kingdel in China with a promise of a refund, but it's been over three weeks with no return. The computer worked fine. The guarantee does not cost anything, since the working time is at least one month. Grrrrr
