Not bad, not perfect
I use Walmart dollar packs of chopsticks. They're just too long for this burner. Also, due to the way the stick is held, the ash doesn't fall in the middle. Kind of sucks, because the sole purpose of this thing is to capture ash. Also, since it's black, there's a stark contrast between the burner and the ash, which makes it look a little gross if you don't clean it right away. Goes well with incense in a cone. There are no complaints. There is also nothing to complain about in terms of processing. Easy to clean.
