Although I gave these pans 5 stars for "easy to clean", I don't clean the pan - I throw it away. It's the perfect size to catch drips from everything I smoke, especially ribs! The dimensions of 16" x 11" are excellent in this regard. As such, strength and durability considerations are quite moot as they do a good job of placing and removing pallets before discarding. Great product - the best product for my smoker would be a 16 inch round drip tray!
