I like how easy it was to use, they have a great customer support team! The ability for things to be so flexible in configuration options, even with limited technical knowledge makes this an ideal solution if you are looking at integrating multiple devices across your network from different manufacturers. It's not quite as fully featured as some of its competitors, such as M2M Cloud or OPC-UA servers. You will need more advanced scripting capabilities to make everything work together seamlessly though, which can take time to learn (especially when there are no examples). If you're looking into connecting various sensors together to create monitoring solutions then this really has all bases covered. We were able to easily integrate our fleet vehicles using GPS data, vehicle diagnostics information, fuel consumption reports etc.
