The product failed, Hurom never sent the spare part I requested under warranty.

It seemed like a very good juicer to me. Spin is good, quiet, BUT! The juicer lid broke off at the turning point. After 2 calls to Revain and one to the manufacturer, I never received the replacement part and ended up having to request a refund. That means I have to print the label, pack it up, and go to the UPS. waste of time.
