I read all the reviews before buying. I doubted it would work as I have severe mood swings due to PMS. Lately I've been showing signs of menopause. A week before my period, I'm a different person. Like many people right now due to Covid-19, I'm stressed, back to work with uneven schedules, and as a commercial property manager it seems like the whole building is falling apart anyway (that's right 2020 🤷🏽‍♀️). It was just really hard to adjust to my post PMS mood swings and stress. I literally wanted to collapse and just crawl under a rock. I realized what I had to lose. I'm buying my second bottle now as I haven't had any mood swings in about 3 weeks despite the world going crazy now. I get over it, I find light in everything, so I'm not that moody anymore. From what I've read you need to take it daily. This is a great product and I definitely believe in it. My husband and colleagues thank you 😊
