No third screw to attach throttle cable to 99 4.8. However, I worked in pairs. Helped OD not change the notes so much. Gas reaction helped. Nothing special other than improved handling at speed. No gain at launch. Combined with a Black Bear tune, Specter CAI, an oil-free filter and straight tubes, this allows for 4.8 5.3 dust.
