Wow really? I have used several types of handheld printers and this one far outperforms them all! It's the perfect size and weight. This is the perfect package. It prints very clearly. It can print multiple lines, up to 5 lines. select to print multiple types. (Text, barcode, QR code, tag, etc.). The font size ranges from 2.5mm to 12.7mm and it comes with a black ink cartridge. Don't listen to those people who complain about things like "poor quality product" blah blah blah. I also have some problems while using it, but the customer service is very helpful and responds to me quickly. I personally suggest that the handheld printer works very stably if you pay attention to the protection of the cartridge. In short, I am very satisfied with this Bentsai portable printer.
