Amazing value for money with customer service to match

I took a leap of faith when I bought this monitor on sale for $299 - an easier pill to swallow as I firmly believe you get what you pay for. I figured if something went wrong with quality control it wouldn't be as heartbreaking as it is with a monitor that's double or triple the price (and that happens at different price points!). My worst fears came true when the monitor stopped transmitting video entirely, regardless of cable (included and others) or connector (HDMI, DP, USB-C). A few days earlier, one of the USB-A ports also started losing signal. I emailed INNOCN support twice and received no reply. Luckily, I was also able to write to them through Revain and received a prompt response. After a short exchange of information on possible troubleshooting, a replacement was delivered immediately after I had sent the defective device back in its original packaging with all cables. I was supposed to receive it tomorrow, just 2 days after I sent the faulty unit to UPS with the shipping label YOU provided me. Overall I would give the product itself 3.5-4 stars. You definitely get what you pay for. Build quality is relatively average and I'm sure that's the only reason for the USB connectivity and video issues. However, at $299, this monitor is an absolute steal for a 4K IPS screen with so many displays and data connections. When it worked, it worked beautifully. My experience of customer service honoring their warranty and making the process so easy pushes my rating towards 5 stars even though I know I would bear my losses if the warranty expired.
