We ordered a size up and it worked for us! My son is 70 pounds and 58 1/2 inches. Looking at the size chart it falls into the size 10 category. My son is growing very fast. We decided to play it safe and ordered a size up, up to a 12. Size 12 fits him very well. He has some room to grow in the jacket and the waist is large but a belt will do. We're very glad we went for a size 12, even though it ended up being a size 10 on the size chart.
