amazing customer service. Komorebi, a member of their management team, responded to me within 24 hours after I reported an issue with my Anker cable. After two years of owning the cable (purchased July 16, 2018) I had some trouble connecting it to charging. it charged and turned off, I contacted the company about a problem. They responded immediately and offered their help and when we couldn't figure out what was wrong they went ahead and sent another cable to replace this one, no questions asked. When a company gives a lifetime guarantee on a product, I take it seriously. When I buy a product it means it's sturdy and will last a long time and if something happens they will either fix the problem or replace it. The company does just that, no questions asked. Therefore, Anker is a winner in my book. This company has representatives who, as you can see, put their hearts into their work, so I share my experience. Otherwise I wouldn't waste my time.
