Made in China, ditch them. These are excellent office/desk scissors for light duty tasks. I have large hands (typical glove size) and my thumb fits with plenty of room and my index, middle and ring fingers fit with no room, pinky doesn't count. I haven't used them for a long time but I find them easy to control and I haven't noticed any signs of fatigue or discomfort yet. It has a rubberized grip for extra comfort. The cut is really smooth and you can adjust the tension if you want, but I found it worked out of the box. It's not very aesthetic, they look just like scissors lol I know some scissors look pretty cool but they aren't. They have a lifetime guarantee against defects. Would buy again if needed but they seem to be well made. I've only had a pair of scissors and have never spent more than $10 on them, so I'd compare them to them. If you're concerned about quality or something that can be used for heavier tasks, there are better options.
