Review on 👕 Ultimate Protection: Boy's Long Short Sleeve Sun Protective Rashguard Swim Shirt - UPF 50+ Outdoor Sports by Jose Schweigert

I felt compelled to write a review on this product as I just took my kids to Lake Powell for a few days where the temperature has soared to around 106F. This was bought primarily to protect skin when boating and playing in the water as we are expected to get a lot more sunlight than usual. The rash guards (for my 8 year old boy and a similar rash guard for my 6 year old daughter) exceeded my expectations. There was minimal tanning on the covered skin and no apparent burns on the covered body parts. I forgot to order a rash guard for myself and suffered moderate burns to my back, neck, and shoulders, even though my sun exposure was about 1/4 that of my children. It's also important to note that we're all fair-skinned, typically avoid direct sun exposure, and apply mineral sunscreen daily as a ritual (we live in the desert). This rashguard fits almost perfectly. The only criticism is that the neck diameter was a bit narrow, which was only noticeable when undressing, but with the understanding that this is a typical rashguard design. Looks very good, but time will tell. I am willing to purchase an adult size for myself and will likely continue to grow with this product as the kids grow.
