Installed on Silverado 2500 2015 The task of leveling the front end is 100% complete. I would estimate that my front would be 2.5 to 3 inches higher than the rear if you max it out. You could probably use it for a cheap "lift kit" with some rear blocks. But since they are designed to level the front end, they work perfectly. PLEASE PLAN A TORSION DISCHARGE TOOL! Without them you will be dead in the water. The "Loan Tool" unloader available at all parts stores in my network DOES NOT WORK! Try it before you buy and start your project. It was PITA as this tool is not easy to find. Once I had the right tools, the job was easy. After installation, you MUST reconfigure.
