Review on Emeyart Picture Frames Display Mounting by Allison Jones

The excitement of framing my new print faded when: 1) I noticed a tear in the plexiglass sheeting before I'd even removed it. The inner and outer packaging was undamaged. So I'm wondering if the seller refuses to return as this is difficult. The only customer service option was to return it. I didn't pay for that. 2) The hanging apparatus is the weakest, shittiest I've ever seen. It literally doesn't hold securely on a nail. I attached a nice zigzag that I had. Light? Now that the little nails were bent I was wondering what wood to make them out of. Keep in mind that this is a lightweight frame. Perhaps my situation with this frame is unique. I have experience with frames and know how to follow instructions. I'm not very happy now. I like the rustic look, although it's not the best build quality. It was in my budget.
